Job purpose
You will be part of a hands-on warehouse team that keeps our operations running smoothly. Your role is key in making sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time, with the right quality.
In this role, you will:
- Receive and inspect incoming goods
- Register stock and movements in our ERP system
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch
- Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts
- Keep the warehouse organised, safe and efficient
- Support shipping and work with drivers and logistics partners
- Work closely with production, purchasing and quality teams
- Communicate clearly and help improve our processes
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment where prioritisation, teamwork and attention to detail really matter.

- Is motivated to learn and grow within warehouse and supply chain operations
Requirements:
- MBO level education in a technical, mechanical or similar field
- Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings or willingness to learn
- Good English communication and writing skills
- Strong computer skills and confidence working with systems (Excel, Outlook, Teams, ERP)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 is a plus
- Valid driving licence (Category B)
- Stacker or forklift certificate is a plus (training can be provided)
Working conditions
The Warehouse Operator role will require handling of parts daily and up to 20kg manual lifting. The Warehouse Operator is deemed front-line staff and is expected to be on-site based in Alphen aan den Rijn. The working hours for this position are 08:45 to 17:30, including a paid break.

The Warehouse Operator reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
