During this time, we will teach you to:

  • Listen to our customers. Your job is to ensure they can successfully use our software and to explain what is and isn’t possible.

  • Answer questions about our software and provide advice. The questions are mostly technical, but you don’t need deep IT knowledge — we’re happy to teach you the tricks of the trade.

  • Solve colleagues’ problems without complaining, since they did the same for you the day before.

  • You communicate easily, both in English and French. Dutch is nice to have.

  • You enjoy maintaining contact with customers and identifying commercial opportunities.

  • You are skilled with MS Office, especially Excel.

  • You have an interest in IT, software, and computers. We see this role as an ideal stepping stone for an ambitious starter eager to grow further.

  • Some project‑based experience with IT or Information Management would definitely help in this role!

  • A full‑time 36‑hour contract with attractive secondary benefits (including training, travel reimbursement, pension plan, etc.)

  • Up to three days of remote work per week

  • A young business unit with a scale‑up feel the backing of a large multinational. You’ll join a dynamic and international organization where your personal development is encouraged and supported!
