You will be working for our client, a manufacturer of
precast concrete elements in the construction and manufacturing
sector. You will be based at a site in Koudekerk aan den Rijn that
is currently undergoing significant development. The work
environment is informal and collegial; collaboration, a sense of
ownership, and contributing ideas for improvements are highly
valued here. You will work alongside colleagues from production as
well as support departments such as engineering and
quality.

Do you want to work as a production employee in
concrete manufacturing in Koudekerk aan den Rijn? In this role, you
ensure that precast concrete elements are handled safely and neatly
at the production site. You will work full-time, either on day
shifts (between 07:00 and 16:00) or in a shift rotation. Salary up
to €3,500 gross per month.What this job offersA salary of up to

you will be doingYou start your workday at the production site and
coordinate with colleagues on the day's tasks. Then, you get to
work. You maintain an overview, work safely, and ensure operations
run smoothly both indoors and outdoors.You operate machinery and
equipment as part of the production process.You monitor the process
and intervene if any irregularities occur.You load and unload
precast concrete elements safely and efficiently.You operate a
forklift, shovel loader, or various cranes.You work with colleagues
to keep the workplace tidy and organized.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Salary of up to €3,500 per
month. - Full-time position (40 hours per
week). - Working hours between 07:00 and
16:00. - Transition to a 3-shift schedule in the
future. - Shift allowance (depending on whether
working 2 or 3 shifts). - Travel allowance of
€0.23 per kilometer. - 3.5% year-end
bonus. - 8% holiday
allowance. - 25 vacation
days. - 12 ADV days (reduction in working
hours). - Prospect of a permanent
contract. - Opportunity to obtain a hoisting
