About the
company
The organization is a
well-known producer of stone worktops and is located in Alphen aan
den Rijn. At this site, the worktops are manufactured using modern
machinery in a newly renovated production environment. Around 40
employees work in the production area, giving their best every day
and supporting one another throughout the process. The company
operates in a day shift. In addition, they offer five extra (ADV)
days off. For temporary contracts, this is calculated differently:
as a temporary employee, you will receive a 1.925% ADV allowance on
top of your salary. Once you sign a direct contract with the
company, these days will be provided as extra paid leave (ADV
days).
Functieomschrijving
You’ll soon be working for a company that specializes
in producing all kinds of stone worktops. These worktops are sold
throughout the Netherlands and Germany, and eventually end up in
people’s homes. So there’s a good chance you already have one of
their worktops in your own kitchen!
As a Production
Employee / Machine Operator, you will be responsible for your own
section within the production process. The factory is equipped with
modern machinery that you will operate and monitor. Once you’ve
mastered your own process, you’ll have the opportunity to move on
to the next stage of
production!
Your main tasks will
include:
- Setting up and
operating machines - Reading technical drawings
and entering them into the machine - Adjusting
machines based on sizes and orders - Performing
cleaning and maintenance tasks
Your
new job takes place in a day shift, from Monday to Friday, with
working hours from 06:00 am to 15:00
pm.
Functie-eisen
Requirements:
- You
have no difficulty speaking and reading both Dutch and
English - You are willing to work 40 hours per
week - Some experience in technical work or
operating machinery is preferred - You live in or
near Alphen aan den Rijn, Bodegraven, Gouda, Leiden, Utrecht, or
the surrounding area - Please keep in mind that
it is not possible to travel to work by public
transport.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
What we
offer:
- Gross monthly
salary of €2,900, including a 1.925% ADV
allowance - Full-time position, Monday to
Friday - Day shifts from 06:00 to

1.925% - Travel allowance of €0.23 per km if you
live outside Alphen aan den Rijn - Holiday
allowance of 8.33% - In addition to working hard,
