Logistics Administrator:
Location – Alphen aan den Rijn
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
This role requires the aptitude to address a multitude of logistical and administrative support needs promptly and professionally in a cross-functional environment.
Data Entry of all (Material handling, Electrolyzer Project, H2 fleet, RMA and Service) material movements in our ERP.
Responsible for completing files; uploading all related transport documents such as packing lists, shipping invoices, CMR's, Export/import documents and POD's (Proof of deliveries), request missing documents from warehouse/logistics colleagues, transport companies, clients, Integrators etc.
Send PODs upon request to several stakeholders in E.U. and US
Aid with cycle counting and physical inventories
Suggest improvements in the way of working
Education and experience:
MBO-MBO+, vocational training and/or prior experience in logistics and warehousing preferred
Relevant work experience. (1-5 years)
Dutch, English speaking at a professional level.
Excellent communication and social skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel
Preferred: knowledge of ERP/inventory software, Smartsheet
Understand complex project logistics
Data analytic skills
Structured and accurate way of working
Able to work independently
Ability to manage time effectively
