In this pivotal role, you’ll be the go-to expert for HR advice and support, both operationally and project-driven, ensuring organization development, employee engagement and compliance with local practices and regulations in an international setting. Your mission? To empower managers and employees, guide strategic initiatives, and further enhance the employee experience.

Your responsibilities:

  • Empowerment and Guidance: Deliver expert advice and support to managers and employees of specific Business Units, ensuring quality and consistency of various HR activities throughout the employment lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, performance management, development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and everything in between.

  • Project Management: Lead HR-related projects, focusing on organizational development, regulatory compliance, reward frameworks, implementation of HR technology, and initiatives to boost employee engagement and development.

  • Works Council Engagement: Direct collaboration with Works Councils, ensuring compliance to employee regulations, facilitating consultations, and providing assistance to senior leaders in their preparations and engagement with these councils.

As you demonstrate your capabilities, there is a clear path to advance your career to the role of Associate Director HR for the Netherlands and potentially succeed the HR Director BeNeLux in the future.

    Your profile:

  • Master’s degree in human resources, law, business management, or a related field. 

  • 7 years progressive HR experience in roles such as Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, HR Manager or equivalent, demonstrating deep understanding of modern HR practices and Dutch employment regulations.

  • Track record in managing projects and implementing organizational change, within a global context.

  • Experience interacting with Works Councils is desirable, the abilities for collaborating effectively, producing clear analyses and being reliable are required.

  • Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
