- Manage RFQs, purchase orders, and order entry.
- Handle post-order activities (such as date changes, urgent deliveries, and order holds).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Materials Management, Quality, Product Management) on pricing, delivery, and terms and conditions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Possible specialization: quotations or order processing.

Strong data entry skills.
