Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Core Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts across the Benelux and Nordic regions. This role focuses on driving revenue through renewals, up-selling, and outbound sales while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will serve as a key contributor to the sales team, executing strategic initiatives and improving sales processes across a high-volume account base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of smaller accounts (up to $20k) and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Drive outbound sales, renewals, and up-selling initiatives based on customer needs and intent.
  • Process and manage customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain detailed customer records, including meetings, emails, and sales activities.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales quotes, proposals, and pricing recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and report on sales activities, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Travel within the territory up to 20% and attend international sales meetings as required.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer engagement, account management, or sales.
  • Proven ability to drive growth in assigned accounts and close deals.
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Desired Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English required. Dutch and/or Swedish is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and account management principles.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing sales.
  • Resourceful, able to handle operational and administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
