ppThe Business Controller supports Sakura Finetek Europe in managing and improving business and financial performance. The role covers the full PL reporting cycle including budgeting and forecasting and provides input for financial planning and control processes. /ppResponsible for preparing and analysing KPI reporting, sales reporting and management information. This includes sales forecasting and cost analysis activities that are used to support business decision‑making and performance tracking. /ppThe role works closely with managers and stakeholders across the organisation to explain financial results and support regular performance discussions. This includes providing analysis and clarification on business performance and reporting outcomes. /ppIn collaboration with the Senior Business Controller internal and external business cases are prepared and maintained. The role also contributes to the development of BI reporting and the use of tools such as MS Excel and Qlik. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport EMEAI business performance management and management reporting by preparing and delivering KPI reporting, sales reporting, and financial management information. /liliBuild and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders across local and regional teams. /liliSupport the setup and execution of EMEAI controlling policies and processes together with the Senior Business Controller. /liliSupport business owners in analysing and evaluating business opportunities. /liliSet up, support, and manage:ulliMulti‑year business plans for EMEAI and Sakura Global. /liliKPI reporting and maintenance of defined KPI sets. /liliBusiness performance reporting including business cases, ROI models, and scenario analyses. /liliCommercial support activities such as business cases, projects and marketing initiatives. /li /ul /liliParticipate in company‑wide projects and support related initiatives where required. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics or equivalent. Register Controller / EMFC is a pre. /liliAt least 5 years of relevant experience in an international business control role within a commercial organisation. /liliStrong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships across Finance and the business. /liliStrong business acumen and analytical skills with experience in supporting decision‑making through reporting and analysis. /liliA strategic mindset combined with a self‑starting, collaborative and curious approach. /liliFluency in English.
