Who you are
You will be the new logistic employee (read: warehouse hero!) of Alphen aan den Rijn! We work till the work is finished so are you ready? We also ask:
- that you have your own transport (car/scooter/bike)
- that you have your own house (no accommodation needed)
- that you speak Dutch of English
What will you do
You will be working as a logistics employee for the Expeditie department. In this department, you will be sorting and combing all the right trays. Small trays are stacked on each other and need to be placed in the right trucks. So, the machine helps you a lot with stickering and strapping the trays, a colleague will stack the tracks with a machine, and you will put it in the right place! Another colleague with a heftruck will take care of the finished goods. They will go straight to the trucks, to be filled! Oh, I said small trays… that is true but don’t forget they are stacked and doing this 8+ hours a day, so it is like a free workout!
- Stacking / Sorting / Checking orders
- Working hours: 08:00 -16:30 and 13:00 – 21:30
Where will you work
You will be working in the best company Alphen aan de Rijn has to offer, de Technische Unie! As a logistics employee, you will learn all the ins and outs of your own department. Are you done learning Expeditie? You can always grow and/or experience other departments! You will join the Expeditie crew, of around 5-15 people working each shift. Everybody speaks either English or Dutch. Are you excited?
