We are looking to hire a Lead CX/UX Designer to accelerate the transformation of Wolters Kluwer’s Finance, Risk and Regulatory Reporting (FRR) business from technology-driven to user-centered. You will put the users at the heart of everything you do and will create a deep understanding of the outcomes that they want to achieve.
In close collaboration with the FRR business your primary objective is to develop a strong UX strategy. You will help build and grow a new design team, evangelize our user-centered method of work, raise overall UX maturity and drive standardization and reuse of patterns using our product design system, which defines the future of Wolters Kluwer’s product experience.
FRR is a market leader and supports financial institutions globally to meet ever-evolving regulatory requirements successfully in a timely, strategic way. In this role, it is crucial that you develop a deep understanding of the finance and compliance domain, the needs of the customer, and establish a culture of low-cost experimentation and user-centered design.
