For one of our clients in Alphen aan den Rijn we are looking for a permanent full-time HR Generalist to work with and support the Talent & Culture Director. The role will suit a candidate that enjoys working in a busy environment where no day is the same and a variety of tasks are completed. The position reports to the HR officer. > Support the HR Talent & Culture Director with tasks/projects related to achieving the HR strategy > Being the local point of contact for both managers and employees when it comes to people-related topics > HR Administration including but not limited to offer letters, contract of employment > Maintain the HR system (currently People HR to be replaced by Workday) > Working with Finance, IT and Facilities on local cross-team projects and policies > Support the recruitmentprocess and provide a professional onboarding experience for new employees and similarly the offboarding process > Prepare payroll information and submit to the relevant 3rd party payroll processors > Ensure all relevant 3rdparty provider data is submitted and kept up to date in the various portals relating to sickness reporting, sickness insurance and pension > Manage and submit the data for internal Narrowcasting site communications For more information, please contact Ané Russouw at [email protected]
