We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Global Talent Acquisition team within Wolters Kluwer.

Reporting directly into the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of communications and engagement with external prospects, candidates and new hires using all digital platforms to promote the Wolters Kluwer Employer Brand. This global position will ensure our digital channels are attractive, informational and on-trend daily. As our Digital Marketing Manager you will build and maintain a consistent message about the employee experience, the company culture and the benefits of working for Wolters Kluwer across all divisions within the company, with the scope of promoting our brand within the global market.

Your key responsibilities:

Plan, develop and execute communication and engagement activities including developing content and outreach campaigns for our CRM, planning and organizing virtual and static events, developing surveys, and relationship building with various stakeholders.

Responsible for creating targeted digital talent media and content to drive traffic to the Wolters Kluwer talent page as well as the Talent Acquisition CRM

Develop and maintain our social media presence across channels such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, YouTube, Indeed, Facebook, Tik-Tok, Twitter etc

Engage with prospects and candidates with creative content such as Blogs, posts, targeted email campaigns and social interactions

Help to create talent pools and engage with passive candidates in order to develop and manage talent pipelines

Design and execute digital campaigns including emails, SMS and in app emails

Develop targeted communications to engage new hires prior to their start to support onboarding and drive awareness, engagement, and retention

Analyze digital engagement metrics and implement strategies to increase prospect and applicant engagement

Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve digital campaigns and processes

Provide monthly and quarterly reports, analysis, and interpretation of data on key metrics and deliver insights to be used for business decisions

Partner with GTA and the Corporate and Divisional Communications teams on Employer Branding strategies. Will partner to build, develop, and maintain marketing materials and other collateral content for recruiting endeavors

Collaborate with multiple teams including Corporate Communications, Divisional Marketing, VP, DE&I and Global Talent Acquisition Directors

Provides input and direction on recruiting and employment programs to include employee referral initiatives, internal hires, career fairs, diversity and campus recruiting

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent relevant experience

Minimum of five years of sales or marketing automation, digital engagement and/or business strategy; with experience in digital engagement/marketing

Specialized depth of knowledge of marketing and research techniques and methods. Ability to apply market research to identify communication needs and target audiences

Ability to quickly learn current and emerging digital platforms and programs

Strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail and project management skills

Strong leadership and influencing skills

Willingness to collaborate with others and able to work across a matrix

Skilled at designing and implementing action campaigns

Experience with digital marketing including CMS, Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO and content marketing. Video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premier Pro, Photoshop etc. is advantageous
